I do not currently have a consignment shop, do shows, wheel and deal on the side, or actively collect art, antiques, or anything else. We have no hidden agenda. Maximizing the return for our clients is our highest priority.

How We Differ From Other Estate Sale Companies

 We pay you quickly! You will receive your payment within 10 days of the sale's end.
2.
 We have longer hours, and run our sales a day longer than competitors, offering you more opportunity to show your merchandise, and thereby receive higher profits.

 We remove hazardous waste and paint in an eco-friendly manner at no cost to you.
4.
 At sale's end we remove all leftover merchandise. We will get you a receipt for charitable donations.
5.
We vacuum, clean bathroom, wipe down countertops. You return to an empty, clean home.
6.
 We have no set business hours. I am free to consult with you days, evenings, or week-ends for your convenience.
7.
 No in house buying - sales staff are not customers.

Bad checks are our problem, not the client's.
